Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Swadfit. We value your trust and strive to deliver the highest quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all food items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dry fruits and other food products

  • Perishable goods such as fruits, snacks, and other edibles

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original sealed packaging

We also do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care or sanitary items

  • Intimate goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order is damaged upon arrival:

  1. Take clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.

  2. Email us at toswadfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Include your order number and the images for verification.

Once approved, we will send you a replacement for the same product.

Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Since food products are non-refundable, refunds are only processed under specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Cancelled order (within the allowed 2-hour window)

If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at toswadfit@gmail.com.


5. Shipping Returns (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is accepted (for damaged or defective items only), please ship your product to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
